Return & Exchanges
We are thrilled to have you as a customer and want you to have a dazzling shopping experience with us! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the date of receipt. Returned items need to be in their original condition without signs of wear, damage, or alteration. This includes gift boxes and velvet pouches. Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns any other way.
1, Quality problems: If the products are not the same as our description or broken in transit, please take clearly photos in 7 days after you received and send photos. We will provide you refund or replacement after we confirm.
2, Any other reasons: For any reasons you don't like the products, please contact us in 15 days after you received the orders, please make sure the products are in original condition and undertake the shipping cost by yourself. We will provide refund or replacement after we received the returned products. Please note Final Sale Custom Engraving and Special Order items can’t be returned.
If any order items are damaged during transit contact us immediately for assistance within 30 days. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items or products taken elsewhere for repairs, engraving or alterations of any kind. There is no warranty on color (as far as how it will last), color changes, or stones coming out. We do not offer returns or exchanges on used items.
Note: Orders placed October 15th - January 16th and during Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Father's Day can be returned or exchanged within 45 days from package delivery date.
Ensure Returns are Securely Packaged
Returned items need to arrive at our facility in their original condition. Secure packaging means in the original packaging, a padded envelope or a small box with bubble wrap and including the return / exchange form. If you would like a receipt for the return, delivery confirmations are for sale at any post office. If the return value is over $100, we highly recommend insuring the package at the post office for protection against loss.
Note: If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, your shipping fee will not be refunded.
Returns are Inspected and Processed within 7 Business Days
Returns are inspected and processed by our returns department within 7 business days of receipt. We are not responsible for items that are damaged or lost during return shipping, therefore adequate packaging and insurance are recommended. Credit is issued to your original method of payment and you will receive an email confirmation. We do not accept returns if they arrive in any condition other than their original state or if they are past our 30-day return period. They will be sent back to you; if you reject that return shipment, chainspro reserves the right to liquidate the inventory and withhold your credit.
Note: If you use your own courier service, you are responsible for filing a claim with the courier if items are damaged during return shipping.
FREE GIFT RETURN POLICY
The free gift is based on the total of your order. If the value of your purchase drops below the required minimum after a return, we can’t treat you to a free gift. If you decide to keep the gift, we have to charge a reduced sum of $9.99.
